1. All Drivers must pay a signing on / Booking in Fee at every meeting - this fee covers hall rent, track repairs, trophies etc.

2. It is the responsibility of ALL Drivers to conduct themselves in a polite and pleasant manner and ensure that anyone who attends the meeting with them behaves in an appropriate manner.

3. All persons attending a club event are asked to refrain from using bad language at all times , We are a family orientated club therefore there are young people and ladies present at every meeting.

4. All Drivers are to provide a Towel or suitable covering for their pit table to prevent any damage being caused.

5. All soldering MUST be done on a towel or mat. The Table must be protected.

6. All rubbish to be put in the bins provided.

7. Practice is permitted when the track has been constructed.  All cars are to travel in the same direction (Clockwise) All MUST have body shells fitted & secured. All practice is strictly Non contact.

8. When your race has finished please remove your car from the track immediately.

9. When leaving the meeting please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

10. Please try to keep your pit space tidy when you leave

11. It is not the clubs responsibility if a club transponder fails to counts laps.

 

12. Please keep to the above rules se we can all continue to enjoy our racing!

It’s not necessary to be a member to race at MCORC, all visiting drivers will be made to feel more than welcome. All drivers will be required to pay a booking in fee. If you wish to partake in the end of year points championships, a membership will be required. Membership of the club will be required to be renewed on an annual basis. Application forms can be obtained from race control at all meetings.

 

Membership prices will be as follows.

Adult £ 10.00

Junior U16 years old £10

 

 

For 2016 racers will pay £5 a meeting (including any Additional)
